Join us on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 to hear from Joanne McGowan, Vice President, Customer Experience & Strategy Execution for CoreSource. This event will focus on the best methods for communicating with employees about the benefits you offer. Learn the science behind effective benefit communication strategies to ensure you are getting the biggest bang for your buck with the outreach you do. This event is free for CPBGH members and non-members will be charged $20 to attend. This Networking Breakfast is designed for HR, Benefits Professionals, and others responsible for the planning and communication of employer provided benefit plans. Our guest speaker will address how the following impact your communication efforts and will offer solutions for your communication gaps.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues in smaller, breakout groups designed to allow you to discuss your issues, ask questions and learn from your peers. The goal of this session is to provide you with the tools you need to not only help your employees understand the benefits you offer, but also to ensure they are engaged in the process and getting the most out of your programs.

We know that emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing are intricately intertwined as are the different parts of our lives we strive to balance each day. Creating a culture of wellbeing in the workplace is essential, but leaders are often challenged with how best to achieve this type of culture. By attending this meeting participants will:

The 2018 Well Workplace Award winners were announced at the Health Summit in May, and we are proud to present an opportunity to hear more from industry leaders about creating a culture of wellness at work. Join us on September 13, 2018 at the Lancaster Chamber for an interactive learning event sponsored by the Central Penn Business Group on Health and Lighten Up Lancaster. This event will feature short presentations and small group discussions for attendees on corporate wellness initiatives. This will be your opportunity to learn from your peers and leave with new ideas to rejuvenate your programs. Our conversations will focus on what works, what doesn’t work, what achieves measurable results, and what supports mental and physical wellness at work.
